0 years building one kind of firm.
ImageQuest has spent its entire history serving institutions that are examined, audited, and held to a standard. That focus is the point. It is why a community bank can hand us its risk program and trust that we already understand the room.
A specialist firm, not a generalist that also serves banks.
We founded ImageQuest in 2007 and made a deliberate choice early: go deep in regulated industries rather than wide across every business with a network closet. That choice shaped how we hire, what we certify, and how we document our work.
Today the firm runs three integrated functions: cybersecurity and risk advisory, managed IT, and AI governance. The same people who secure your environment can sit across from your examiner and account for it.
The people you will actually deal with.
An accountable senior team, organized the way the firm actually runs.

Milton Bartley
Milton founded ImageQuest in 2007 and built it around regulated financial institutions. He is a regular presence in front of bank boards, banking associations, and legal and technology audiences, where he speaks on cybersecurity and the governance of emerging technology.
His current focus is the question every board is now asking: how does a community bank adopt AI without inheriting risk it cannot defend? He helped shape industry guidance on exactly that.
With Milton, Matthew and Sammi Jo lead the firm.

Matthew Turner
Owns delivery across the firm. Managed IT, infrastructure operations, the service desk, field services, and project execution all run through him. He is accountable for keeping regulated environments stable, secure, and audit-ready as they scale.

Sammi Jo Scott
